The businesses become owned by NoBody, when the last owner goes inactive for over 14 days and when the Management decides to.
When its owned by '' NoBody '' the Management decides to set it on sale when ever they wish to. Yes you can donate for the businsses/houses owned by NoBody according to zaider.
