reduce pixels on SS.

Hey, I want a new signature but it says that my SS cannot be over 230 pixels, so does someone know how can I reduce it ?

Unfortunely, the only option there that lower then 230 pix is 100, the resolution after it is terrible.

You can doing it yourself by using Paint, not sure about the quality though.
Post the SS, I'll lower the pixels for you.
