Well i Cant Move While Shooting with m4/deagle
I tried Re-installing Gta Sa but still Same Problem
Anyone Can help?

no. i also have this problem in Single player

Does this happen ALL the time? Cause sometimes when I'm moving while aiming a deagle, I move very slow. To fix that problem, I jump once or twice, then it's fixed again. It may be that you're pressing Up + Right key at the same time, thus it makes you move slow. Other than that, no idea how to fix it :/

i had no problem in window Xp.. i just installed window 7 and this problem started

Change your controls then turn off your pc then unplug your mouse and keyboard and blow them out then turn your pc back on and configure your settings back thats what i did for mine and it worked

I had this problem too. I think might've been fixed when I reinstalled the game. Though, a sort of solution for me was manipulating the W, A, S & D keys to move around (i.e. press all of them and it might work)
