Well, to be honest squallo runs makes money but i suggest you to make some maverick sultan and burrito runs ; if you need any guide for squalo runs here you go

OT: Squallo runs, but they are dangerous and might cost you a lot of money if they were stolen/lost.

I personally like Maverick runs because you earn a quite good amount without the run itself being dangerous. But Squallo runs are the best, but it's very dangerous and you can easily lose your money. If you still want to do Squallo runs, I suggest you do it in the morning or when there's low players online. Less risk of you getting attacked.

Is it still possible to do squalo runs after guns-update? I thought that stocks are full.

No, it's not possible to do squalo runs unless you'd like to lose money, you can't complete the sultan runs anymore since the sellables system was removed and if you try doing one you'll simply just lose 20k, Maverick runs are the best imo.
