For some reason turfs don't flash when taken on my screen, on either the radar nor the map.
I have tried to unistall SAMP, yeah.. so besides that, does anyone know a solution for that?

Uninstall GTA San Andreas too, maybe you have a mod or something that is the problem in your situation

I think you're right but when something is fucked up with my Gta Sa/Samp i just uninstall them both and everything works fine, i suggest you to try it.

I'm talking about the blinking of the turfs when they're being taken. The blinking is just generating of a light grey color, ye, but turfs not blinking are a SAMP issue, is it not? There's turfs in singleplayer too + they blink when they're being taken over if I'm right. Reinstalling your game should fix it.
