Crash after 2Secs of login.

PS: this crash started after i deleted All my Mods ,i re-installed GTA 3 times,and samp many times.

Did you try an other download link/website/source each time you re-installed it ? Or used the same one ?

The CD is not the problem,my samp is,GTA works fine but samp not.

Try running it as administrator if you haven't already tried, also try running it in a different compability mode.
