my PC was fucked up and i couldn't be able to do anything so i goes and fix it now after that when i back when i open samp and join server it's make me join normal GTA

Happened to me too, I re-installed the game, and then SA-MP, worked perfectly. Try it.

Download the patch : http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php donload the third party patch and then install it then it should work fine.
