How do I change skin then?

Type /clothes inside.
If it says out of stock, go find another store.

Tried that.. Then it says that it has located the nearest clothes store..

Didn't you say you're inside one?
Type /clothes, go to the marker, enter the shop and type clothes again.
Use /ask for live-in-game-support.

That's weird. Try relogging; you might have disconnected.

If yes, where is it possible to have a watch on the skins avaiable?

You can use /clothes ID, to get a specific skin ID
e.g. /clothes 60

I believe it's been revoked from the script since SAMP 0.3x's new list feature.
When typing clothes command, a list should appear and you can select the skin you want.

Like mentioned above me, you have 2 methods to change skin :
One is when you inside the clothes shop, and you type /clothes. This will show you a list where you can choose a skin.
The second one is to specify the skin with the command /clothes [ID]. Here is the list of the available skins in SAMP. Be aware, there are restricted skins for factions in our server. http://wiki.sa-mp.com/wiki/Skins:All
