Mechanic Level 100

Today I reached 100 Fix & Refuels as a mechanic so I can tow cars, i thought it was something special...but it doesn't helps to anything.
Any Suggestion on its use?

I havent seen one person use that command properly... Everyone always provokes with it.

I mean , what can this offer to me? Who wants to see his car getting towed?
For example cops use it for impound... What about a citizen like me?

This feature helps creating more realism to those who are willing to roleplay a car fix, or transport a vehicle from a place to another. But unfortunately, I see none (except Police) using it properly.

Put it this way... Unless you have a faction that would like to RP towing a totaled car... There is really no use for it.
