As i said i just reinstalled the whole San Andreas and samp client,there are no mods installed

your options/settings then..try different resolutions, maybe the computer can't handle the full screen.
Try to turn off a few things in the options when you're in game ( ESC -options )

I don't know how will that make any difference,as i said it worker fine few days ago untill yesterday.

I have'nt been in-game for a while, because I'm on a vacation atm soo...
Have the server cashed recently? 1-3 days ago or smth?
If so, it might be the server.

Modem, computer, server, internet..something must cause it.
Have you done something which you have'nt done for a while or downloaded/touched an unecessary program for the last few days?

I tried with changing some settings and it worked,alteast i'm not lagging that much.Thanks guys
