[ANSWERED] Long time and no reply for my appeal, what should i do?

in July 30th Charles Rivers banned me for /inv reason. But i am not hacker and i am sure it is wrong ban.
but till now no reply from Charles
3 days passed and no reply, what i am supposed to do? post another appeal or wait for the reply?
