Hello,I got a question,everyone can answer,aslong as you provide helpfull info.

I have a LV13 character on IM,Luigi Indice.The thing is I want a fresh start with a new character but I dont want to lose my LV13 or my 136 playing hours so I would like to know how to start over without losing my level,and if possible money and car.
