Reinstall your gta and it wont have any mods at all.

Did you mod in gta3 or custom.img?, also do you have alot of mods?

it might be some other mod, the easiest thing to do is just to get a new gta.

Buy GTA SA again and re-install it. That's the only solution. Next time blame yourself for installing mods you have no idea what they bring to your game.

i opened IMG editor and deleted them and it is succseeded [ANSWERED RESOLVED]
