You are not the only one having this. Every player would get this if he is in the same position as yours. It happens because that P 'n S is mapped with the door to block it like any the rest of P 'n Ses. This one is not a business though, so don't get me wrong.
You can see its door is opened because of the mapping K3lroy/woot added, and that is the reason why you see those black lines.

This is model colision, it happens even to the best games (Battlefield 3 on PS3, sometimes). As far as I can see there are wall objects infront of a existing model, so from far away this can happen.
