Well guys. I wanna learn if the problem is related to the server or about my computer / modem. I timeout every fucking single minute. I'm sick of this. It was working well like three days ago and it began like 2-3 ago. Now I cannot RP,rob ,runs,turf nothing. Please someone help me. If I have to format my PC or something to do with modem etc. But I wanna tell especially, It ain't SAMP Crash. It's timeout so about internet.

Since you're using wireless, the connection between your computer and wireless is continuesly going back and forth (receiving and sending) Therefore, the slightest interruption will time you out.

Well yes use cable for internet because there might be deductions with your network connection so if you still want to use wi-fi then install this program for better connection;
