In case you registered at 'sa-mp.im' use the 'Forgot your password?' function.
In case you registered in-game, create a support ticket with an alternative account.

Man.. about that password function I KNOW IT. Listen I am gonna wait for any admin to check because I have like 4 accounts 2 of them very high level. So if any admin can please PM those passwords please.

Admins don't and can't know your password(s). Therefore they cannot PM you them.
The only way to recover your passwords is to crate a support ticket.

Listen if you want your account back; as Noam stated make a support ticket or reset your password by pressing forgot my password at sa-mp.im; if you still can't reach your account atleast post some SS'es for evidence.
