Rename your GTA SA folder to anything and tell me if it's fixed

EDIT:
This crash can happen when you're playing on dual screen ( 2 monitors )
You can upgrade your graphics card drivers as well

Updated my driver and changed the GTA folder name. Might even unplug my 2nd screen to get it working while I play GTA SA.

That's what your problem is, you cant play samp on dual screen/ more monitors, you can google it just to make sure

Try:
delete gta_sa.set
Connect with only 1 monitor and change the resolution to a lower setting.
or as Vlatko mentioned, try rename the folder where you've installed the game.

EDIT:

Disable your 2dr monitor when you play sa-mp.
Set your Visual FX quality to low. (Esc > Options > Display Setup > Advanced)
Rename your GTA San Andreas folder (e.g. to "GTA San Andreas2") (This often works, however sometimes it may stop working again so you need to rename it to something else.)

Just run it in a compatible mode and while you are runing it in simple player open the widescreen; and let me know if it's fixed.

Answered. Completely disabled my 2nd monitor when playing SAMp.
