What if the namechage has a valid IC/RP manner (Not CK), will that reward me one ?

I believe the management stopped giving those away some time ago, but as far as i know Ozzy tends to host events with namechanges n' whatnot as prizes from time to time. I guess that would be your only, and best shot. I wouldn't know about any other way but donating rlly ..

I believe you can get a namechange or two for playing a certain amount of hours.

You receive a namechange reward only once you reach 40 hrs of playtime, which I already received obviously.

From my own experience, I believe that if you will have a propper reason, which I believe you got, an admin would agree to change your name. You better ask it over IRC or pm any lead+ admin to avoid further misunderstandings within other players around this thread :}

The point is that I got no credit card nor paypal account with money in it, the only thing I have is cash :/

You didn't get it. The problem is not the purchase process ! The problem is the way of purchasing.

Noam, I'm not saying you to use credit card. You can make a normal International Bank Transfer. Your parents don't have to provide any bank details to nobody. I give you my IBAN they transfer 4 euros and I donate for you. Anyways, if you want pm me and we can do it with no problem.

The only way is to ask a very trusted friend of yours to donate for you. Be aware that you trust him so much that he won't withdraw the donation after some time to get your banned for PP disputes.
No matter how important you need that name change for, you won't get it for free. Sorry.
