GTA objects, buildings and cars fucked up.

Alright so recently I installed different mods like road textures, vehicle mods, wheel mods, skin mods, weapon mods, and draw distance + timecyc. In addition to that, I have two CLEOs, siren and FPS cleo and a regular + a cleo streamfix.
So, as shown in the screenshots, objects are fucked up, several bitchass problems. If anyone could help me, please do

Increase your draw distance to its max

BTW, do you have this problem only when flying helis/ airplanes and sniping, or it's like that everytime e.g. when you drive a vehicle roads show up slowly etc..? If so, change your stream memory fix, use .asi stream memory fix, because some CLEO memory fixes are bugged and not working

Hmmm, I have it everytime, I have those annoying fucking black lines on my cars too, give me another link of a cleo streamfix than.

I said use " asi " stream memory fix, I know it has much less memory than the CLEO ones but atleast it works properly as it should

Edit the server name out of the screenshots, it's classed as server advertising. Nonetheless, that server sucks dick!

Oh I forgot to mention that I used like 2-3 streamfixes, do you think re-installing it and doing shit properly will fix it?

BTW please note that you cant use 2 stream mem fixes, the one of them will be overwritten with the other one, so just use 1 asi stream memory fix, you'll be alright

Re-installing it , one more question Vlatko.

You know the vehicles that can't be modded, right? So, if you have a mod like that but you didn't try to mod it as it makes you crash, what happens if someone has his car modded but that mod can't actually be modded, will that cause me crash?
