[Admins] Is using Hitbox mods allowed?

Like this. It gives you advantage but is not a hack. It's just a mod like a crosshair mod etc. Is it allowed to use it? Because I'm seriously sick of losing bullets on laggers even though I successfully shoot them when they're lagging.

Ah ok I didn't think this is a .cs hack. I thought it's a mod like adding a better crosshair.
