How to know if my PC is hacked or not ? I got some crzy msg last night (in Arabian) 'You are hacked' and if its true how to fix things up? I wish some fast help.
Dont close it since its not answered. And changing my IP will not do anything since if he hacked he hacked the PC IP not internet IP.

Try to install a antivirus software and search the pc for viruses. Try to access the PC from Safe Mode if you cannot install the software.
You could get a virus from infected files. Like pirate games #if_you_know_what_i_mean
If everything else fails, format is the last and only choice.
