i dont press the "windows" button or whatever.
just out hisself.

I had somewhat the same issue a year ago. Try to close all unused applications and then run the game again.
Unfortunately I don't remember exactly how I fixed it, though..

It's possible you may have a application running in the background, this maybe causing this.
Hold CTRL + ALT and DELETE Together
Click 'Task Manager'
Click the 'Processes' Tab
End Progress on the programs you don't want running.

Some programs, as stated above, tend to bring popups that you might not see. E.g. on my laptop I have an expired antivirus program that popups while ingame..
