I read a message besides my CPU it says, It has something like "Integrated ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series"
What does integrated means?

Integrated means installed on your mainboard; there are two typse of CPU's the ones that are separated; and integrated to mainboard; so that is your questions; use an "Answered" tag if your question was answered.

That means it's built into the motherboard, it stays forever and you can't take it out. You can put in another graphics card though which will replace that graphics card

Yes you can build another graphics card and use that as your default, the integrated will just stay in the motherboard but wont do anything at all

Integrated is something like installed to your motherboard, it's inside your PC and you can not remove it, but you can buy a new Graphic Card and put it inside your PC, connect the cable and wola.
