Hey guys, i want to donate but if i want to buy in-game money i need to use credit card right ? so i dont want to use it...is there any way to donate for in-game money whit paysafe card ?

You can transfer money from your bank account to woot's.
Or you can donate using phones.

Just ask a friend to go with you to the bank, give him the cash and let him transfer the money.

That is pretty much the best thing to do.
Make sure he does transfer them, and that he wouldn't scam your money. Confirm with woot if he received them or not after it is done.
