There are many way to get money , you can get a job , There are the legal jobs that you can get at the city hall and there are illegal jobs that you can get by using /GPS and choosing them , you'll have a red dot on your map go there and there would be text there that would show you the command that you need to write to become a worker(thief or carjacker are the illegal jobs, if you choose a legal job you'll see the list at city-hall)
Another way is by joining a faction there are also legal factions and illegal factions , you can join and get money from their payment.
