First thing is first, you will have to use the

You should choose City Hall like I did in the picture, and you will get a checkpoint on your mini map, where the City Hall is located. Enter the City Hall, and in there, you will be able to see a red marker, and a sign telling Los Santos Job Agency

After that, you should get out of City Hall and use '' /helpme '' again, and check the Garbage man location also called as Recycling center ( Garbage man ) as the picture says here -- click on it and again you should get a red marker on your mini map --- > CLICK ON THE SPOILER

You should head to the marker, and when you have arrived there- Which is this location -----> CLICK ON THE SPOILER
At that location, grab a garbage truck, and type "/collectgarbage" to get started. A checkpoint will appear on your map which you'll have to follow. Spoiler
When you arrive to the checkpoint, you should use '' N '' to pick up the trash bag, and again, you should go to the truck's back, and press '' N '' again to drop the trashbag inside the truck.

If you nolonger want to pick up trash or your Trashmaster is full, you can head to the recycling center. Type "/unloadtrash˝ to be guided back there.
Type "/unloadtrash" at the recycling center to unload everything.

There's over 150 different locations to pick up trash from! The checkpoints are always quite close to eachother so you don't have drive throughout entire Los Santos to earn a few bucks.
