You will only be contacted if we accept your application, but every application will be saved so dont lose your motivation even though you dont get a chance this round. Soner or later we need more helpers again, then we may take a look at old applications to see if we find a candidates who deserves a chance.

+ I recommend you put effort into this application, a lot of applications are lacking effort.

You probably won't be able to. The admins expect common sense, especially when applying as a helper so putting effort in your application would be considered "common sense". If you made a big mistake I think that PMing one is good enough.

Yes talking foreign languages gives an advantage too ... But in the end the player have to talk with others in English so it's the basic.
