You can now add/remove friends in the UCP.
You may also view public profiles of your friends and see some stats.
More displayed stats will be added shortly. Friend-commands/notices will also be added ingame soon.

Until that's added, just add a player as a friend, and then go to their profile.
Check it out, then remove as friend if u don't want to keep them.

Since adding yourself is disabled, so there is no way of seeing who added you as a friend or recently viewed your profile. Was this done on purpose or?
