To make everything clear, Ryan would win Most Developed if people actually stated the name of the character of his that got developed.
But everyone was like "Ryan" "Ryan", I didn't count votes in "Character" category unless if that voter stated the character and not the nick or forum name of the one he voted for.
There's a huge difference between a character name and a forum/nick name.

Also, Rays helped me out during counting the votes so he deserves a thanks too :p
