If someone cant discover this on his own he, most probably, isn't able to properly apply for such permit. Therefore guides like this will only increase the spam of firearm applications.

He's just trying to update the list to be at the top of guides, for any newbie redirects here he could see that tip pop up rather than scrolling down to search for it... Chillout and stop being jealous retarded about the effort people are posting. That's the point of publishing already existed guide.
