Drawing with mouse ...

Well, I got one problem with my mouse ... When I press and hold the left mouse button and move it, I start drawing ...

I really cant play with this .. I cant aim good, cause when I press left button for aiming.. start drawing ...
If anyone know how to remove this, please tell me.

Try to disable all of them and reboot your computer (except for the Intel(R) and Microsoft applications). Let me know if the problem still persists when you've done that. I also just checked up on a few of your programs, the tcbhn.exe is supposedly a trojan that grabs your password etc.

This guide will also decrease the lag of your computer (if you have any).

Well if you would like to make sure it's not any of your programs, you must disable all running programs, then your computer will shut down and then you just restart it and see if that helped.

I dont know what happened, but the problem is fixed. But now I have bigger problem.. LAG

OMFG the problem was fixed. After restarting the PC I got the same problem again .. ( mouse )

Disable all unneeded start up programs and you'll eventually find the application that is doing this. You probably installed an application then allowed your computer to download third party software related to that application.

I'd recommend a virus sweap if you randomly downloaded a program without knowing but are you suggesting that this isn't a program? There's literally nothing else it can be.
