2-nd. Go to www.sa-mp.im/register
3-rd. Register the account, use a valid email, confirm your registration, and then use th exact same name when going IG. Notice- You are not allowed to use the Tattaglia surename!

It must be a bug, i saw a similar thread saying that he can't register.

Just add [ADMIN] to your title.
If you don't know how :

• Go to the title fiel (Subject), You'll find : "I can't playy!" Change it to "[ADMIN] I can't playy!" and you're done.

I've tried adding you (Guram_Jashi) to my friends list but it doesn't seem to work. That's due to you not properly registering your character. It's not in the databases.
Anyways, you might have not confirmed the activation of your character.
