I don't like the opinions of the admins/helpers. The number of OOC mode requests has increased since the app got opened. And they say that people have two faces..and help only because of the opening. And for the people that helped before they think the same. It is not true as some of us sincerely want to help. And yes,Unity station is full... Which is the cause of the helper apps opening

Well I agree with what tim said. It is just hilarious how many are standing at unity and jumping players that spawn there. And the worst, there are people that never ever were there before and now when the helper applications got open they are all ready to help lol. Though I trust in the maturity of our management and I know they wont be taking fake's like that. Dont worry Tim, admins strictly told they aint giving ooc modes untill helper apps close, and they did it for a certain reason.So again, good luck to everyone that applied and is really ready to help.

Well, I just generally help people who ask me questions, or someone who is clearly doing something wrong or who may not understand a rule or such. I mean I've applied, however I never go and help at Unity station, why? Because the idea just doesn't come to my head. Do you think a individual would have a better chance for standing around a Unity? I have no clue, if so; well I won't get accepted lol.

Instead of "annoying" newbies at Unity you can come to Chat because most of those who really need help show up there, and you will already have the chance to prove to the staff that you're capable of helping as they can read the chat.
More than 1 people at the unity will be annoying, and if you think it's going to increase your chances you're wrong.
I couldn't find woot's quote about it but he said something like: When there's too much people at unity spamming new players, they'll get annoyed and leave the server.
If a helper is already camped there it's recommended that you leave and find another spot.
There's also another way of helping which is PMing low level players if they need help or have questions they want to ask.
I'm not trying to be rude but I'm advising you. :)

@Wee Man: Obviously everyone is doing it for the status because if someone wants to help only but nothing more, he can do that without being an official helper.
