Hey I just made a thread that I can't PM , then I got tolled that I need around 15-25 posts , now I have 14 and the amount of my posts isn't getting higher

I believe you have to create topics and not posts as you would be able to PM by now unless Deck is in-correct.

I think replyies count also at the number, because I mostly reply and after a reply I see the number changing.
