LV is a bad option as there's no way it'll turn out positive for the server & the playerbase. What'll happen in LV; Playerbase drops, everyone complains about there not being enough players so they stop playing aswell & server dies.

I'm not sure if missing out helpers regarding the removals was intentional or not, but I think the form is fine without it. If a helper isn't very helpful, it's not the end of the world (but it should be avoided), but if an admin is a terrible admin, then that would ruin the gameplay drastically. Also, everyone would just vote me to get removed anyway.

/car call is actuall a good feature, there is no reason to use /kill or to travel on foot all san andreas just to get the car.

A new faction - Gold/metal harvesting faction.
This faction will harvest gold and carry it's to a bank in LOS SANTOS, where the LSPD budget will come from there.
There will be a formual to converting the gold into money, and the LSPD and the SASF can argue who get what cut from the bank account.
But when they deliver the gold from the quarry at sf or LV desert (any location) they can be attacked by criminals, and if the criminals will manage to obtain the gold, they will get some money from it.
It's like materials runs for LEO's, but not only it's will bring activity, the legal factions will be depend on it, since this is their budget.
