Because it can easily drop our stagnating playerbase. Most of the players won't bother going through a quiz.

Most of these are useless feature, I rather see factions being empowered- let it be legals and illegals both instead of what they just at the moment are 'A bunch of organized shooting forces'- which almost any civlians can achieve too if done properly with right people.

Ok just explaining why you shouldn't choose this but you should choose this;

1. Forum shoutbox;
Well, sometimes when the server is down, the first thing I do is going to the forum. This'll just decrease the spam at the Help & Questions section with ' SERVER DOWN ?!!!?!?!?!?!??!?!??!?! '. Also it'd be helpful to chat over the late night, and helpful for newbies who got any questions.

2. Luigi's suggestion;
Read le suggestion ok.

3. Roleplay quiz.
Why not? Because this is a light roleplay server. And also RPG. Meaning normally, players who wants to learn the basics of roleplay, joins this server. It isn't hardcore roleplay server where you need to do everything with RP. This'll just decrease the player-base.

4. Custom adjustable player-items ("toys", "accessoiries")
Useless ok

5. Save weapons (& make them much more expensive)
Increases deathmatch... and no much more expensive ? nty

6. PD can have more than 3 f-authorities
Ehm, they got enough authorities already.

7. Increased house & business slots
Sure why not... Indeed this'll decrease the donation, however it'll be good for those old players that are way too poor irl to donate.

8. Enable car-surfing for every car
It's just..... You can car surf on every car irl, eh ? So ye, that'd also help in some roleplay.

9. Remove the EMS faction
Way too in-active. Sorry Mina.

10. Bring the FBI faction back
Go away. They'll just ruin everyone's gameplay. How? irl we don't re-spawn again and ruin our life. No, we just die. We don't feel, we don't get bored. Here in-game, they'll just FK us and once w re-spawn, we're bored. nty.

The link is if weapons got saved, people will just be like '/q' get back after 30 minutes and spawn with their guns which will increase the guns that people have, which will result in deathmatching. Nowadays, I don't have a license nor materials and I nearly never get guns. However, once I get them, I /q after a time and woops, lost them. Image that you get the guns for the duplicate time.
(It's my opinion lol, easy :p)

Lulu, yes there is a chance you will lose 5x more money due to deaths but think of it this way, Not everyone will get a gun so 90% of the time only the real mafia's and people who have relations with them can get guns so less killing + because they are so expensive in the Legal gun shop even people with licenses will think before buying guns making it so there is less guns on the streets, yes it's silly but it will make it so those people who RP with big faction will be able to get the guns. people that don't make a effort won't be bale to get guns.

More of a realistic guns based server as you won't sell materials to just one person, you would sell guns only. Easy way to make money on the server for small time gangsters and Mafia's/Illegal faction will now finally have the upper hand on the illegal side of the server and actually run real operations. Isn't this what we have been trying to do since forever?

Let me clear some things up or post my point of view;

Simple RP quiz on the website when registering
This would not be a 20-questions-page full of in-depth roleplaying stuff. Just the very basics you have to know anways if you don't wanna be banned immediately because you don't know the server rules.

Save weapons (& make them much more expensive)
Whoever posted it would increase deathmatching is pretty stupid. In fact, this would decrease useless shootouts that currently happen for every little reason. You will try to avoid shootouts because you don't wanna lose 30k you just paid for a deagle (hinthinthint).

PD can have more than 3 f-authorities
The PD/SASF has 3 more authorities available than mafias (deploying barriers, weapon licensing and /ann). So that's 7 authorities available but t2 PD/SASF members may only use 3 at a time. Increasing it to 5 may get them a minor unfair advantage compared to other factions so I didn't "just do it" yet.

Increased house & business slots
Businesses: 3 => 5, 4 => 6, 5 => 7
Houses: 3 => 6, 4 => 8, 5 => 10

Remove the EMS faction
The EMS faction is useless. Even if I would add new features for them (as requested, "adding random fires at random places at random times") would be fun for 3 days and then be boring. Nobody wants to drive to the same places over and over again and just throw water at a place with no player interaction. If that's what you wanna do you may just take the trucker job, you go from place A to place B over and over again (and you earn money from it).

Bring the FBI faction back
It would not be led by that PD divison because the PD already lacks of good and enough members. The FBI would not be able to FK/CK/whatever anyone but possibly be able to arrest for a longer time (60 min), close down businesses or HQs for ~72 hours if there is a lot of evidence available. They would just be the annoying cunts you don't want to deal with, look at it like a challenge.

Most of the new players learn the server rules after getting ajailed, kicked or banned though, because thats the only time they'll take to read the server rules. That is like a turning point where they decide to stay here or move on.

Saving weapons will only make things harder for whoever voted for it, but if they wish to have it that way, its alright.

I personally don't care any of those above, except that FBI should be back as woot said look at it like a challenge.
Everyone keeps complaining how people can't lead it how they metagame etc.. etc... So does mafias metagame and some of them have really poor leaders & roleplaying inside the faction. I personally wan't to see more factions, Legal, mafias, gangs.

Stop being so negative for everything.
