Which means you were banned by Francis Teller for using Speedhacks.
The only way to get unbanned is to appeal it, which you can do viewforum.php?f=19 (here). BUT you must follow the rules and formats, which will automatically deny your appeal, they can be found at viewtopic.php?f=19&t=6

Using hacks while playing(speedhack,those obvious cheats etc. just for troll)means that you are totally not interested in server, why should you appeal then?
