Draw distance mod - Allowed?

Hey, so this question is pretty simple. Basically I downloaded a draw distance mod which increases it by x10. However, I am not sure whether I should install the mod or not, as I am not quite sure if it's allowed. Thanks in advance!

I don't think it's not any "hack" or anything, Graphic mods like that are allowed , i am 99% sure about that.

it allowed because it not editing the game at all or game play it just a normal mod which is allowed
