How? Many poeple give ads saying that they want to be one and they will pay for it. They get /ad abuse warn for that. So how do you get this job?

You need to IC know an tier 1 /tier 0 or just an regular member from a offficial faction. Afterwards you ask him a favour of meeting his Capo/Boss and ask for the gundealer job,ofcourse you need to RP very well in order to get the gundealer job since they wont give you if u just come and tell i wanna gd job

Gundealer's an illegal job. Asking for one over /ad is bullshit anyway. I suggest you start roleplaying with one of the lower ranks in a faction, doing errands for them & eventually ask them for a more serious job.
