Skype is not working

I re-installed it thousand times, but it remains like this. It isn't launching or whatsoever.
How to fix

Try unintstall and delete all the files as well and then do fresh re install.

Which files do I delete?
It never happened before, until I ran a full virus scan which deleted 500gb of useless things in my computer.
After that it ended up like this.
My SAMP isn't working either.

Lol what software did you use? Looks like it might have deleted some core system file dubbing it useless or it might have been the virus itself in form of the virus scan? Poof.

Try Windows restore to the point before the scan.

Well try remember date it happened the scan and computer break. Now go start menu and search 'system restore', if it shows a restore point prior to the time date of computer break go for it. Easy enough?

Had the same problem, you need to find an older version of skype

Go to %appdata%, and rename the Skype folder to something else, for example rename it to Skype-Old

Then open Skype, chances are the DB file or something has become damaged, which is something that happens over time.

Use sometimes Ccleaner, helps alot in cleaning your memory.

No hold on, okay whenever you uninstall a program some important files still remain in System in order to delete those files you have to use Your Unin-staller! ( I have the full version, crack etc ) After that reinstall the program but with different folder name and that's it.

Rossini for some reason you always have the problems that takes a shit load of tries before it gets fixed. xD

Anyways my advice to you is to install the Skype into a different folder at first not at the default program files or program files (x86).
If that doesn't work don't uninstall skype form the ordinary installer but from > Dutch said: Configuratie systeem.

IF THAT doesn't work, like Sly said restore your files to the last major update it had ( Before the virus scan that is ).
Maybe because of the amount that got deleted ( 500 GB ) it's quite alot and it might cause a few files that are really important to go corrupt due to some being removed.

Did you try to search google?

Install it- open task manager - processes - close the skype.exe process, try again. Should work.
