The E question is simple, if you have business do /mybusinesses and if it gots something in it, rent/steal moneyvan and get to your biz marker and /loadmoney, then get to nearest bank (Rodeo Bank i suggest because of MV stealers) and /unloadmoney on the bank icon.

as first i recommand joining a faction since you cannot do many of the runs without being in a faction, you can apply for a faction here:

When you're in a faction most members will do these runs, you can take a look over their shoulder how they do it

You can rent the moneyvan at the LSPD, just ask an officer. They'll roleplay with you and you will get the moneyvan drive to the business you want to unload type /loadbiz drive to one of the bank's in the city and type /unloadbiz.
