This auction ends tomorrow at 21:00.
I'll see how this auction goes and then add more and more businesses and houses over time.
If you have any questions/problems/suggestions regarding this new feature, post in this thread.
You can also bid if you don't have any house or business slots left. They will be overridden by auctions.

allow donators to do the same with vehicles and houses, any bid starts from 1$ to avoid idiotic spam
