You are banned from the server?

Ok, so, this happens to me when I go to my grandpa's house only.
The bug ban usually appears for me and i have to change ip which looks like ban evade, but i am not banned anyways.
This is what it tells me, any ideas about this issue?

Its a bug it was cming om my screen 2-3 months ago but now its fixed on its own

There is not solution, the IP is banned for some reason.

you'll have to ask some admin to check your ip so they can check if any account has been banned at that ip, then possibly get unbanned.

It happens to me sometimes, the problem is when you connect to the server your ping is either too high or too low so you must change place that's all.
