GTA SA Pause Menu - Text Issues

Anyone know how to fix this problem? I can't seem to figure out what the hell is making this type of bug in my game.

PS. For those who notice the Cleo on the bottom left corner, it's a reconnect.sf that makes you reconnect to the server whenever you're desynched or something like that with /reconnect. Never had hacks and never will :p

Delete your GTA San Andreas User Files folder in your documents.

Might be this but you can still try to install the game into another directory, or even a different partion.

All of this started when I installed teamspeak a month ago or two, and no, I did not do no Windows Update, but I'll try out to delete GTA User File.
