Accent abuse

I want to spoil this out. Yesterday i got warned because i had neutralmoresnet as accent. The reason the helper afterwards gave " its not a language"

Kelroy gave this warning while he obviously didnt knew the meaning, abusing accent is "penis accent"or "cancer accent" in my opinon.
Afterwards i saw someone using " east- american" accent. this is allowed while its also not a confirmed language.
I would love to know where admins like kelroy put the line in what is acceptable and whats not.
In my situation my whole character is based on Neutral Moresnet, so i was very suprised to get warned.

'Neutralmoresnet' isn't an accent. It was defined as a political area and therefore couldn't had any accent to describe the people that lived there besides the languages that the people spoke. There are zero search results to the named accent.

They also had Kelsmeser platt as language, can i use that as an accent without getting warned?

/accent changes are visible on IRC as far as I remember and is easily punishable by any admin that is on it. It has always been against the rules to troll with it or abuse it.

Whenever I /report someone no admin cares (then again, often its people from their allied factions)
