How to tune your car?
There are special biz for it.You can choose,you have biz for only wheels,hydraulics,nitro and respraying.But there is biz for all of it.
There are only 3 in the city(not sure but could not find more of them even in SF and LV).Also there are bussineses for wheels,nitro and hydraulics.
First come in fron tof gate of that biz and use command /enter.IMPORTANT THING!!!Space botton use for CONFIRMING and enter botton use for going back.You can change your color there but when you tow you car next time it will be back on old one.You can change color in PNS.(More about it check here: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=157290 ) There you can change your:
-Hood
-Exhausts
-Nitro
-Spoilers
-Wheels
-Hydraulics
At the end use command /donemod.When you are out use command /car savemode so it will be saved.
From little cheap car you can make it look cool.
