How to restock a gas station.

Go to the Recycling Center (/gps > Recycling Center) to get the truck (Flatbed).

Second step:
Get in the truck (Flatbed) and buy fuel (/buyfuel).

Third step:
Go to your gas station and sell the fuel (/sellfuel).

Notes:
(1) It costs money to buy fuel.
(2) It doesn't cost any money to be able to drive the truck (Flatbed).

Actually, you don't have to be the owner (that's what I found out yesterday). However, that's supposed to be a bug. A bug report to be created as soon as possible.
