Whenever my fps goes high coz of interior my strafing is normal with a Deagle when aiming,
But whenever I am in exterior (low fps) my strafing is slow as fuck, any solutions? I have potato laptop.

This is how the game is - swimming for example is faster on lower FPS, yet strafing is slower.
Nothing you can do about it except get a better computer to play this game on.
