I was rapidly firing a sniper earlier and cannot be fixed by relogging so I was told to reinstall. And when I reinstalled, here comes what happened :

This can happen if you have multiple GTA3.img, GTA San Andreas Folders laying all dead with the other folders.. try to delete everything that has to do with GTA San Andreas including the Documents

if it still won't work and you have no idea what to do then system restore is the solution

I tried deleting my other GTAs but it there is one thing I cannot delete which is sampaux3.tff because it says it is opened in System, I don`t know how to fix this.

deleting that file should work by restarting the pc

Hold down the windows key and press R, you'll be at C:\Users\tisler\AppData\Roaming

Go a folder back so you're in C:\Users\tisler\AppData, then navigate to AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Rockstar Games and delete the GTA folder.
