How to configurate sensfix asi

I need little help

Controls:
Hold 1 + press arrow up/down = global aiming
Hold 2 + press arrow up/down = weapon aiming
Hold 3 + press arrow up/down = sniper aiming

There are two ways to configure it.
first one pressing keys on your keyboard while you are in game;

Increase overall sensitivity:   1 + arrow key up
Decrease overall sensitivity:   1 + arrow key down
Increase sensitivity for aiming:   2 + arrow key up
Decrease sensitivity for aiming:   2 + arrow key down
Increase sensitivity for sniper aiming:   3 + arrow key up
Decrease sensitivity for sniper aiming:   3 + arrow key down

and the second way is by configuring it manually, open "sensfix.ini" in your gta directory and change the values. [Its kinda complicated]
